In late August 2020, the "Yangtze River Flood No.5" and "Jialing River Flood No.2" swept through Chongqing, bringing a once‑in‑20‑year catastrophic flood to the city.
As the flood peak passed the central urban area of Chongqing and the water level gradually receded, thick silt was deposited on the once‑beautiful Babin Road, severely disrupting traffic and spoiling the city’s appearance.

From August 21 to August 22, responding actively to the call of Chongqing Highway Logistics Base, our company dispatched multiple employees to participate in the silt‑clearing work on Babin Road. To safeguard our beloved homeland, everyone worked under scorching sun to clear road silt at top speed. Though soaked in sweat, smiles still lingered on their faces.

The sweltering heat made silt dry up rapidly. To finish the cleanup as early as possible, staff kept working non‑stop despite the unpleasant odour from the silt. To guarantee everyone’s safety and health, the park distributed heat‑stroke prevention medicines and beverages, providing full‑fledged logistical support.

Through persistent joint efforts, silt gradually faded away and the city’s fine look re‑emerged. Natural disasters are merciless, yet Huabo delivers great love. Huabo people are willing to lend a hand and do their part for home reconstruction!
