To facilitate emergency response to particularly major public health emergencies and other emergencies that seriously threaten public health, and guide and standardize the emergency use of medical devices, the National Medical Products Administration, together with the National Health Commission and the National Disease Control Administration, has formulated the Provisions for the Administration of Emergency Use of Medical Devices (Trial) in accordance with the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices (Decree No. 739 of the State Council), which is hereby issued.
